Nestled just minutes from the iconic boardwalks and beaches of Ocean City and Sea Isle City, Ocean Sands Resort Association is a seasonal, resident-owned community in Seaville, Cape May County, New Jersey.
Ocean Sands offers its residents a true sense of community — from seasonal events and activities organized by our Auxiliary, to a clubhouse available for gatherings and private rentals. The grounds are well maintained, the pool is a summer staple, and there is always something on the calendar worth showing up for.
Built on decades of shared history and kept running by a dedicated group of volunteers, Ocean Sands is more than a weekend getaway — it is a place that takes care of its own, tucked quietly along the southern Jersey Shore.

Ocean Sands is a seasonal community open from April 1st through October 31st each year — seven months of shore life along the southern Jersey Coast.
